  • Cancellation/Reschedule: Give at least 24-48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. You can call us at 813 749-7104 or email us at info@orangetintandgraphics.com.

  • Arrival Times: We can only hold your appointment for 15 minutes before we call someone on the standby list. Please be sure to call us if you are running late so we can try to hold the appointment for you if possible.  We may have to reschedule you or re-work our day to try to accommodate you.

  • Payment: We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express or cash. If you need an estimate of fees, please request this when making an appointment or upon completing and signing the Service Authorization on arrival.

  • Deposits: All Crystalline applications, residential and commercial tinting as well as any audio installation contracts require a 30% deposit when the job is agreed upon and scheduled.

  • Refunds: We will accommodate you as far as reasonably possible but under no circumstances will we issue any refunds for work performed. All sales are final.

  • Items in vehicles: Remove all items of value prior to work being performed. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to the vehicle or to any articles left in the vehicle in case of fire, theft, accident or any other cause beyond our control.

  • Warranties: Please keep your receipt for any warranty claims. Warranty work is not performed on Saturday.

  • Visual Quality Standards: Be advised that installed film on glass surfaces is not expected to have the same visual quality as clear glass. Page 2 of the  Work Authorization form specifies the Visual Quality Standards for window film applications. Each client receives a copy of these standards and shop policies. After installation there may be a hazy appearance, including water bubbles or water distortion while the moisture behind the film needs time to evaporate. Drying time may vary according to weather conditions.
